I think this would be a great idea particularly for sisters. My sisters struggle to go to mainstream gyms & they struggle with understanding the theory behind how to lose fat/gain muscle (having a system where you have sister only PTs in only sister gyms would be a gamechanger imo).

its usually done with our parents and their generation. the community is small & they are huge with respect so its very unlikley they'll run with your money. I'd personally never do it with people born here.
