I thought about this question and for now I would say the book "Think like an Artist" by Will Gompertz

I don't really have a favourite book but the one I am currently reading, and enjoying, is called 'Atomic Habits' by James Clear. The reason why I like this book is because it provides a really great blue brint for developing good habits, breaking bad habits and has various personal and other relevant stories at the start of a lot of the chapters to contextualise the things being discussed in the book for the reader.
