More flexible, my job is really flexible and accomodating as it is but I really wish I could work part-time. I would love to have more time to spend on other projects.

The stress. Especially in the NHS. Practicing medicine is already a huge responsibility in itself - you literally have someone's life in your hands. That's stress enough as it is and sometimes keeps me up at night. The NHS is going through a lot of strain with low levels of staffing and resources. Working for it, you feel spread quite thin. I've had friends and colleagues break down as a result and it's really not uncommon.
What helps is knowing your limitations and when to ask for help. You really don't want to be in a situation where your own physical and mental health affects the care your patients recieve.
